FEBRUARY SHOWCASE AGENDA

Saturday, February 11th
For all participants that signed up for the FULL PACKAGE which includes the workshops/seminars AND the on field practice session on Saturday.

The location of the seminars will be River City Sports Performance (2206 NW Birdsdale Ave, Suite #1, Gresham, OR 97030)

8:30-8:45am - Check-in at seminar location
9:00am         - Seminar:  Understanding NCAA rules, choosing the right school
9:45am         - Break
10:15am       - Seminar:  Creating a player profile, highlight video, and contacting coaches
11:00            - Break
11:10            - Mental training/preparation for sports performance
Noon            - End of seminar/ Lunch Break

AFTERNOON PRACTICE SESSION at David Douglas High School turf field stadium

1pm               - Player report to field and begin getting ready for practice
1:15pm          - Warm ups begin
1:30-2:45pm  - Run through of small-sided games and technical drills for following day
3pm                - Practice session ends

Sunday, February 12th
8:15am           - Players/coaches begin check in
8:45am           - Coaches' Talk with select college coaches
9am                - Warm ups begin
9:20-11:30     - Showcase event
11:30              - Event ends
